My client who are a reputable organisation, are currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Burnley area; which is situated near Nelson, Accrington and Blackburn. This is an exciting role working for a fantastic company, with a working week of 37.5 hours on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with exciting growth plans.
Responsibilities within this role would be;
* Collect account debt by use of telephone, email and letter
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Maintain good relationships with customers and clients
* Sage 50 knowledge
* Excellent knowledge of excel
* Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
