Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Help deliver on a range of logistics and industrial projects
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Produce construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
* Undertake site visits and meetings to ensure technical compliance and successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience within a technician role within the UK
* Proficient with Revit
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience working on projects within the Commercial sector
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
