Responsibilities
* Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service.
* Developing a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement.
* Responding to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner, receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses within the target response time.
* Confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards; proactively monitoring and maintaining stock levels for customers.
* Managing artwork, proof submission and approval between the supplier and the client.
* Ensuring the role is creatively minded with a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
* Candidate may be from the packaging sector.
* Must be resident in the UK and have worked or recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
