Are you an expert in tender excellence with a passion for shaping winning tenders in healthcare? We are looking for a Service Tender Excellence Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high‑quality, competitive service tenders across our UK Chronic Care business. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly influence outcomes for patients, partners and the wider NHS, while strengthening Coloplast’s position as a trusted healthcare partner.
The Role
As Service Tender Excellence Manager, you will own and drive the full tender lifecycle for Chronic Care service opportunities, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and aligned to NHS evaluation criteria. Acting as the subject‑matter expert in tender strategy, bid writing and win themes, you will coordinate cross‑functional inputs from commercial, clinical and support teams, manage timelines and governance, and continuously elevate the quality and consistency of our tender responses. You will also help embed best‑practice tender processes, tools and behaviors across the organization, contributing to improved win rates and stronger partnerships.
Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical and persuasive professional with proven experience in winning NHS tenders. You will be confident managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, translating data, evidence and outcomes into clear and compelling service propositions. Strong written communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of NHS procurement processes, evaluation scoring and public sector frameworks. You will be comfortable challenging and coaching others, bringing structure, discipline and excellence to every submission.
Why Coloplast
At Coloplast, our mission is to make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We believe in putting patients first, acting with integrity and collaborating to create meaningful impact. As part of Coloplast, you will work in an inclusive, values‑driven environment where expertise is recognized and ideas are encouraged. You will have the opportunity to shape how we partner with the NHS, influence outcomes at scale, and develop your career within a global organization committed to innovation, quality and care.
Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfill their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
