Asset Manager - Director, Warrington, Cheshire
Macdonald & Company is working with a London Developer to appoint an Asset Management Director. This role will lead the delivery of asset management strategy across a high-profile portfolio of retail and commercial assets, focusing on growth, value-add initiatives, and tenant performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business plans, leasing, and income-optimisation strategies
* Lead lease re-gears, renewals, and value-enhancing projects
* Collaborate with leasing, marketing, operations & development teams
* Liaise with investors, valuers, and stakeholders on performance and reporting
Who We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualified, 10+ years in commercial/retail asset management
* Strong leasing and L&T experience in prime mixed-use environments
* Confident communicator with board-level reporting exposure
* Proactive, strategic and commercially minded
