**Business Transformation Specialist**: A key role in driving organisational change and ensuring projects meet business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process mapping, process flows, and working with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables. They will be proactive in managing project costs and reporting to business leaders.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Collecting and utilising various methods to gather business and IT requirements for projects and change initiatives.
* Working with internal stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage expectations.
* Coordinating with external vendors and third parties to establish project scope and user requirements.
2. Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Familiarity with process mapping and process flows.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity offering up to £60,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and remote working options.
