Part 2 Architectural AssistantLocation: CardiffSalary: £28-30,000
A respected architectural practice based in Cardiff is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its expanding team. This role is well suited to someone with a strong grounding in practice who is eager to build on their experience and gain exposure to a broader range of projects within a collaborative studio setting. The practice delivers work across a varied portfolio including residential, food retail, and leisure schemes, providing the chance to contribute to diverse and engaging projects.

Requirements
Part 2 qualified with some professional experience preferred Masters degree in Architecture Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures Proficient in Revit Strong technical and detailing ability with a good design sensibility Excellent organisational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages Producing high quality drawings and technical documentation Assisting with Building Regulations and planning compliance Coordinating with consultants and wider project teams* Contributing to projects across residential, retail, industrial, and veterinary sectors
