Location: Cardiff Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts Mon–Sun) Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE £50,000 About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a dynamic telesales team within our busy Contact Centre. You’ll report to the Contact Centre Manager and play a crucial role in coaching, motivating, and guiding your team to consistently exceed performance targets. Key Responsibilities ✅ Coach and develop sales agents to achieve KPIs and personal goals ✅ Support succession planning through staff development ✅ Analyse performance data to pinpoint coaching needs ✅ Assist with recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent ✅ Drive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and service quality ✅ Monitor absence and timekeeping in line with company policy ✅ Ensure FCA compliance and adherence to internal procedures Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience managing telesales or sales teams Strong coaching, performance management, and leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word essential) Experience in regulated environments (FCA) Knowledge of Travel Insurance a bonus Analytical mindset with problem-solving strengths Confident, hands-on leadership style Why Join Us?
