About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to support student learning, behaviour, and engagement. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs
Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assisting with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and supervision
Promoting pupil well-being and personal development
Ensuring the safety and safeguarding of all students
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children in an educational or care setting (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with pupils and staff
A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support learning
Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
Understanding of safeguarding procedures (training can be provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
