Workday Data Lead
£600-650/day outside IR35
12-month contract
South-West - flexibility on remote working
Seeking an experienced Workday Data Lead to play a pivotal role in a large-scale Workday implementation - the requirement is for someone who has proven experience working on several Workday implementations.
As well as leading data workstreams across the Workday programme, this will also be a very hands-on position which will take ownership of data migration activities - there will be a lot of work which is extracting data out of legacy systems through cleansing, transformation, mapping and loading into Workday.
Workday Data Lead, key experience & skills:
Extensive experience leading data workstreams on multiple Workday implementations
Strong technical, data background - migration and technical data roles
Extracting and transforming HR and Payroll data from legacy systems
Expertise in data mapping for migration
Advanced SQL skills and experienced with ETL processes
Excellent understanding of Workday data structures
Ability to work with non-technical and senior stakeholders
