The Lower Annandale Home Team delivers person centred support with the promotion of independence at the core of service delivery.
We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic registered Physiotherapist.
You will have a keen interest in working as part of a multi-professional Home Team to ensure coordinated and effective support to patients.
The focus for this post is the delivery of Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to help maximise people’s function and independence in their own homes.
You will be expected to expertly manage a caseload to provide a full service of assessment, appropriate management, onward referral and discharge to a range of patients referred.
This post may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas therefore a current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. However, if you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
