Job summary Wolston Surgery is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Dispensers to join our very friendly and busy team Hours - 28 - Monday 08:30 - 16:30, Wednesday 08:30 - 14:00 Thursday 08:30-18:30, Friday 08:30 - 14:00 To contribute to the effective and efficient running of the surgery, providing an excellent service to our patients, to be compassionate and able to help patients in a calm and courteous manner. To deal with all general enquiries and signpost as necessary. Receive and make calls, book appointments as needed, liaise with other healthcare professionals, variety of admin duties to be completed Dispense Medication within a team of dispensers, you will need to be focused at all times, be self-motivated and have good problem-solving skills Support all clinical staff with general tasks as requested Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times Flexibility is crucial as you will be required to cover sickness and holidays.
