Registered Home Manager – Residential Care Home
Salary: Up to £65,000 per year
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced care home manager ready to lead a well-established residential service? We're looking for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the smooth running of our client's care home and ensure the highest standards of care for their residents.
If you're passionate about elderly care, hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and have strong experience in residential care management, this is your chance to make a lasting difference.
What You’ll Need
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) or equivalent
* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, Residential Manager, or similar leadership role in adult social care
* In-depth understanding of CQC standards and compliance
* Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
* Compassionate, resident-focused approach with a commitment to person-centred care

Your Role as Registered Home Manager
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential care home
* Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
* Manage, support, and develop staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care home standards
* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders
* Monitor budgets and maintain financial oversight of the service
