Project Director - M&E - Hospitals & Substation
Location: Kettering
Salary: £100K – £110K + Package
We are working with a leading contractor delivering complex infrastructure and building projects across the UK. They are seeking a Project Director to take full ownership of project delivery on a major scheme in Kettering.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven track record of delivering technically complex projects, with a strong focus on Hospitals and Substation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion
* Lead all project teams including construction, engineering, commercial and planning
* Manage programme, budget and overall project performance
* Act as the key point of contact for the client and all senior stakeholders
* Drive programme delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
* Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance
* Oversee coordination across multiple disciplines including electrical, mechanical and civil works
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure project objectives are achieved
* Report to senior management on project performance and key milestones
Requirements
* Proven experience operating at Project Director or Senior Project Manager level
* Strong background delivering hospital or healthcare projects
* Experience working on High Voltage or substation projects is highly desirable
* Mechanical and Electrical experience is desirable
* Demonstrated track record delivering complex, high-value projects
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial and contractual awareness
* Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams
