Overview
Registered Branch Manager role for AMG Nursing and Care Services in Nottingham. AMG Nursing and Care Services provide support to people with a range of needs in the community. The Branch currently services over 6000 hours per week of care, so previous experience is essential. We are looking for an experienced branch manager to complement the existing team and maintain business relationships.
Base pay range

Responsibilities
* Develop a market knowledge of the region, including understanding industry trends, competitors and client analysis.
* Work closely with your team to maintain and enhance a vibrant environment that encourages exceptional performance and continuous improvement to achieve and exceed targets.
* Identify business opportunities with key clients including the NHS and Local Authorities to develop the service and promote the brand.
Strategy & Planning
* Using market knowledge, develop and implement the operational plan to deliver the company’s strategic intentions.
* Collaborate with local commissioning groups and partner with hospitals within the sector and the Local Authority.
* Develop and implement best-practice systems, policies and procedures across areas of responsibility.
* Ensure services deliver against key performance indicators, contractual requirements, and CQC standards.
* Carry out regular reviews to evaluate the impact on client outcomes and confidence in service delivery.
* Prepare reports as requested by the Directors.
Service Delivery
* Provide leadership to a team of staff, promoting organisational values and positive relationships across professional boundaries.
* Operationally manage the Branch, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
* Work with the Director of Nursing to develop adult and paediatric complex care services within the region.
* Manage resource utilisation and ensure expenditure complies with financial control totals.
* Contribute to the financial viability and future profitability of all services offered by the Branch.
* Promote and contribute to service development within a culture of change.
Management
* Provide clear business leadership to the Branch, ensuring staff are managed, developed, and motivated.
* Lead and supervise direct reports and care staff, ensuring performance is managed to agreed standards.
* Develop strategies for recruitment and retention to maintain safe staffing levels.
* Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided.
* Represent the Agency at external meetings with Local Authority, CCGs, Schools, and other bodies.
* Coordinate change management across the Branch and participate in on-call rota for emergencies.
* Monitor staff performance and address disciplinary and capability issues.
* Use Information Management and Technology effectively in line with Agency policies.
* Work flexibly to meet changing needs of service users and undertakes other duties as required.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with on-call out of hours. Salary depends on experience. Exceptional bonus structure with no upward limit.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Driving Licence is required.
* Nottingham NG2 7AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
