Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of corporate projects and service improvements, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role establishes effective project governance, produces high‑quality documentation, and ensures transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
* Manage end‑to‑end delivery of small to large projects, from discovery and business case development through to closure.
* Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks to meet business and customer requirements.
* Support the development of robust business cases aligned to organisational priorities, demonstrating clear return on investment.
* Maintain and track project schedules, reporting progress accurately and consistently.
