Key Responsibilities
1. Opening new files and completing client due diligence and onboarding checks
2. Producing correspondence and legal documentation
3. Carrying out property searches and dealing with the Land Registry
4. Liaising with clients and external organisations, handling basic enquiries by telephone
5. Diary management, arranging and attending meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
7. Monitoring key dates and reminder systems
8. File closing and archiving
9. General administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying and filing
10. Supporting team administration, including answering external calls, managing post and welcoming clients
About You
You will be someone who can demonstrate:
11. Experience in a commercial property support role within a law firm
12. The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
13. A proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking approach
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills
15. Excellent organisation and attention to detail
16. Flexibility and adaptability in a busy office environment
17. A professional and presentable manner
18. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
