Responsibilities
* Lead all stall operations and logistics.
* Supply food from business supplier and prepare for markets (making burgers, patties, salad, sauces, etc.).
* Drive the business' van for logistics and transporting equipment.
* Manage and train the team.
* Ensure excellent knowledge of operations (e.g., can fill in for order taking, cooking on grill, burger assembly, etc.).
* Lead the team by example, with respect and support.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness.
Requirements
* Flexible and good at organisational skills and team management.
* At least 2–3 years experience in managing fast‑food stalls, cafés, or trucks.
* Food safety and hygiene certificate desired (L3 minimum, L2).
* UK right to work.
* Advanced English speaking ability.
* Full UK driving licence.
