Full-time Assistant Director of Sport (Engagement)
Up to £44,919 per annum with potential progression to £49,904 per annum. Starting salary depending on skills, qualifications and experience
Responsibility allowance of £3,296 per annum.

We are seeking an imaginative and motivated Assistant Director of Sport (Engagement) to lead our work engaging the least active pupils with truly innovative programmes and approaches. The successful applicant will also help us use ‘sport’ to engage important CLC partners.
The role sits within a team of four Assistant Directors (AD) who support the Director of Sport and Physical Activity. The other ADs cover Performance, Participation and Curriculum (Head of PE) strands
The successful applicant will be an outstanding teacher with a high degree of emotional intelligence and will make a significant contribution to the leadership and management of the department.
