What You’ll Be Doing
No two days will ever be the same! You’ll:
1. Support engaging, hands-on learning that builds confidence and curiosity
2. Prepare resources and assist with classroom activities, bringing lessons to life
3. Encourage communication, independence, and personal growth in every pupil
4. Provide emotional and physical support with patience, empathy, and care
5. Create a safe, positive, and nurturing space where pupils can flourish
6. Work closely with teachers and therapists, learning and developing every step of the way
You’ll have guidance, support, and the chance to build valuable skills — while watching your pupils (and yourself) grow in confidence and achievement.
