Sense Scotland is looking to recruitment a Support Worker in Airdrie offering 30 hours per week. Please note: to be considered you must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive a work vehicle. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Airdrie, providing 1:1, person‑centred support to a gentleman living independently in his own flat. This service includes 24‑hour support with a sleepover provision. You will be joining a stable and experienced staff team who know him well. As a new team member, you will receive full guidance, training, and ongoing support to help you settle into your role and deliver excellent, person‑centred support both at home and in the community. Shift patterns: Shift times are generally, 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8am (which includes a sleepover) however these may vary depending on the needs of the service. Over a 4 week period there will be approx. 5 sleepovers.
