We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician – based at Sky Garden, supporting the wider business across our London sites. Reporting into the Group Maintenance and Facilities Manager, this brand-new role will be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance and facilities management at our sites. You’ll oversee sourcing and supervision of all contractors/third parties Manage the Health & Safety requirements/obligations of all areas and operations including security, maintenance, waste handling, fire evacuation strategy and any other relevant areas Maintain safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and employees To act as liaison within buildings to address any issues or concerns Ensure the premises are secure and safe; by inspecting/monitoring our areas, equipment, surveillance equipment, facilities and points of access/exit.
