Floor Supervisor role at Puttshack UK.
This role involves managing and training the Floor Waiters, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the food and beverage menus, and presenting this information in a warm and welcoming way to guests. You will be the first point of escalation for any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
* Manage and train the Floor Waiters.
* Ensure staff understand the food and beverage menus and can articulate them to guests in a warm, welcoming way.
* Be the first point of escalation for any issues.
* Manual Handling duties may be required.
Qualifications And Experience
* At least one year of experience is required.
