Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard water supplies, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience, we are problem solvers in engineering and infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
This role is within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts provide a comprehensive solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
* Establishing and maintaining document control procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate document preparation, revision, distribution, and storage.
* Tracking document revisions, approvals, and deadlines to ensure timely distribution of updated documents.
* Supporting capital maintenance teams in retrieving and referencing critical documentation during project life cycles.
* Preparing status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other data for digital dashboards.
* Conducting regular audits to verify document adherence to quality standards and supporting ISO compliance.
* Ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards.
What you’ll bring
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Document Controller.
* Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office 365.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* High accuracy in managing and reviewing documentation.
* Understanding of ISO 9001 and audit processes.
