We are recruiting permanent Geomembrane Installation Gangs to join a growing specialist contractor working on projects across the UK. This is a fantastic long‑term opportunity for experienced geomembrane installers who are confident working away and enjoy a varied, site‑based role.
The Role
Installation of geomembrane liners (HDPE, LLDPE, GCL, PVC, etc.)
Working on reservoirs, lagoons, landfill cells, containment systems and environmental projects
Site preparation, welding, testing, QA checks and defect repairs
Working as part of an established gang delivering high‑quality installations
UK‑wide travel with regular overnight stays
Supporting project supervisors to ensure safe and compliant site operations

Requirements
Experience installing geomembrane liners (essential)
Competent in extrusion welding, wedge welding and QA testing (preferred)
CSCS card required
Flexibility to work away Monday-Friday across the UK
Strong safety awareness and ability to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence beneficial
