Job Description
As a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive your duties will include:
* Provide expert advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
* Draft and review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
* Manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
* Offer tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
* Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the firm's overall service offering.
* Support business development initiatives by building and maintaining client relationships.
* Ensure all activities comply with the firm's policies and professional standards.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive should have ideally 1-3 PQE in dealing with private client matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
