Nanny Job – 3 days a week (part time) – Poole, BH14
This lovely family in Lower Parkstone, Poole are looking for a caring and experienced Nanny to join their family. The role is a fixed‑term contract covering the current Nanny’s maternity leave and is set to start in May or June 2026. The position involves working three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and supporting the family with daily care for their three children (aged 7, 12 and 14).
Responsibilities
* Help with the morning routine for all three children, including walking the youngest to school.
* Assist with household tasks such as tidying, organising, meal preparation, laundry, and preparing art, craft activities and games.
* Collect the youngest from school in the afternoons and support all three children with their afternoon and evening routines, including dinner, homework and club drop‑offs.
* Plan and lead engaging activities on school holidays and arrange fun day experiences within the home and local area.
* Provide support for the eldest child, who has autism, epilepsy and coeliac disease, and work closely with the family to meet any specific care requirements.
Hours
* Tuesdays: 7:30 am–10:00 am and 4:30 pm–8:00 pm
* Wednesdays: 7:30 am–10:00 am and 2:30 pm–7:30 pm
* Fridays: 2:30 pm–6:30 pm (or 7:30 pm as required)
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous professional experience with school‑age children, with checkable childcare references.
* Current valid driver’s licence and own car for work purposes.
* Experience caring for children with medical and neurodivergence needs is preferred.
Salary & Terms
£15–£20 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is live‑out. Compensation is negotiated at the time of hire.
