Role: Change Lead
Start Date: Early January
Contract Length: 6 months likelihood of extensions
Location: London 3-4 days onsite

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Ø Lead the change management for the solution workstream (new tech) global roll out, ensuring the successful delivery of change across global teams.
Ø Collaborate with programme and functional leaders to define clear change scope and outcomes that align with the transformation goals.
Ø Execute all change deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, engagement, and training.
Ø With the Workstream Lead:
o Mobilise and manage a global change and deployment network, bringing stakeholders along the change curve and ensuing strong buy-in and adoption.
o Create all change and deployment toolkits, enabling the business to get ready to adopt new process and technology.
o Lead global engagement sessions with the network demonstrating confidence in showcasing the new solution and generating excitement.
Ø Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, ensuring sustained results.
Ø Work with the Training provider to ensure all inputs required to shape the training approach and assets are provided.
Ø As an integral member of the overall Change & Enablement team, collaborate and guide other team members to create change deliverables to an exceptional standard.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Ø Experience leading change and enablement on major transformation programmes, preferably on a global scale.
Ø Experience leading change for HCM system implementations, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, and skills technology.
Ø Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables across multiple formats.
Ø Expertise in delivering large-scale change management strategies with proven, measurable results across communications and engagement, change impacts analysis, training strategy and plan.
Ø In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
Ø A strong track record of working in global organisations, understanding the complexities of diverse cultures, stakeholders, and change needs.
Ø A collaborative mindset
Ø Experience within financial services or management consulting is a plus but not essential.
