About the Role:
As SENCO, you will oversee all aspects of additional needs provision across the school. You will collaborate with leaders, staff, and families to ensure high-quality teaching, targeted interventions, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Line-manage LSAs and SEND support staff

Track pupil outcomes, EHCPs, and compliance with legislation
*
Provide coaching and deliver in-school training on inclusion strategies
*
Liaise with external bodies, families, and pastoral teams
*
Integrate SEND vision into school culture with ownership of resourcing
Candidate Profile:

QTS with National SENCO Award or equivalent
*
Proven leadership in behavioural, emotional, and learning support
*
Strategic, analytical, and empathetic leader
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
