With a passionate community and a blend of D2C and B2B channels, we’re looking for a sharp, analytical Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, optimize cash flow, and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis & Strategy: Review cash flow, sales history, forecasts, product margins, budgets, and inventory to assess QUOC’s financial health and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver clear, actionable insights through regular financial reports, ensuring alignment between forecasts and actual performance. Including monthly sales and management reports. Work closely with CPA for regular reconciliation of accounts.
* Cash Flow: Proactively monitor liquidity, recommend strategies for efficiency, and assess borrowing or fundraising needs. Manage relations with relevant banks and lenders as needed.
* Process Optimisation: Improve accuracy across our financial operations. Identify inefficiencies in pricing, operational processes, invoice and expense reporting tools, and business model—propose and implement solutions. Create automations and workable templates across the business.
* Budgeting: Create annual budget and monitor via quarterly healthcheck reports.
* Invoicing and payment reviews: Monitor, manage and improve invoices, payments, payruns and other outgoings.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and operations leadership to align financial strategy with business goals. Support with analysis for stock purchase runs throughout the year.
Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years in finance/accounting, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
* Strong analytical skills—ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
* Experience with cash flow management, forecasting, and financial modelling.
* Fluency in tools such as XERO and Excel.
* Knowledge of tax compliance is a bonus(experience advising on tax matters is a plus).
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
* Excellent communication skills and strong team work mentality.
* Passion for cycling or outdoor sports.
