Senior Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences

As our Life Sciences contract recruitment division continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing team.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, partner with industry‑leading life sciences clients, and deliver recruitment solutions that support innovation across pharma, biotech and regulated environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing Specialist Talent: Identify, assess and place experienced life sciences professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill contract positions
* Innovative Search Strategies: Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping
* Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool
* Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings
* Consultative Recruitment Approach: Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full adherence to NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance processes
* Desk & Workload Management: Successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced contract recruitment environment

What We’re Looking For
* 360 Recruitment Experience: Proven background recruiting within a 360-consulting environment, preferably within engineering and/or life sciences
* Headhunting Expertise: Strong experience conducting detailed, proactive searches for niche and specialist roles
* Business Development Mindset: Comfortable approaching new and existing clients selling NESF’s recruitment solutions
* Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and professional when engaging with candidates and clients at all levels
* Highly Organised: Comfortable managing a busy desk with competing priorities and deadlines
* Ambitious & Driven: Eager to exceed targets and progress within a growing business
