Head of Ecommerce – Elizabeth Scarlett
Lead the next stage of our direct‑to‑consumer growth, driving the Shopify storefront to be faster, smarter, and more inspiring.
Key responsibilities
* Own the roadmap and day‑to‑day management of the DTC site, ensuring a mobile‑first, conversion‑focused experience.
* Control KPIs such as Conversion Rate, AOV, and Bounce Rate, running tests and implementing improvements.
* Manage, mentor, and collaborate with the eCommerce Assistant, Product Manager, and external agencies.
* Develop and execute the commercial trading and promotional calendar, aligning with brand and revenue goals.
* Define and deliver site merchandising strategies—homepage layouts, collections, recommendations, and search—to maximise visibility and conversion.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Ops, and Merchandising to merge promotions with inventory and campaign priorities.
* Own the structured CRO programme, launching A/B tests across the funnel.
* Prioritise the backlog and optimisation projects in partnership with the Product Manager.
* Maintain clean product feeds and seamless integrations with platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify Shop App.
* Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure consistent channel experiences.

Requirements & Skills
* 4–6 years in eCommerce or digital trading, preferably at a fast‑growing DTC brand.
* Deep knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce platform architecture (navigation, PDPs, checkout, analytics).
* Strong grasp of CRO, UX, and onsite merchandising principles.
* Experience building and executing promotional or trading calendars.
Nice‑to‑have skills
* CRM/lifecycle marketing (e.g., Klaviyo).
* Experience with marketplace or multi‑channel integrations (TikTok Shop, Amazon).

Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: £90,000.00 – £100,000.00.
* 10% performance bonus.
* Hybrid working: 1 day in‑office, 1 month “work from anywhere” in a ±2‑hour time zone.
