Due to contract growth, we are recruiting for a Asset Surveyor / Reliability Engineer for a leading Facilities Management company to on leading site in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be required to carry out asset reviews of all Mechanical and Electrical systems across the site to then advise on improvement actions. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a technical role in the FM sector within commercial environments. Experience working with HVAC Systems is highly advantageous. Candidates must be time served in relevant discipline Hours - Mon - Fri ( 8-5) This is a permanent position based on Days Responsibilities * Working with maintenance teams and applying general engineering knowledge to solve problems and form remediation plans. * Survey all Mechanical and Electrical systems to advise on improvements to me made across the site. * Present all findings to senior leadership to advise on improvements. * Performing tests and analysis in conjunction with shift staff and other operational teams to ensure environmental control is maintained * Check new systems or installations * Conduct routine engineering calculations * Monitoring, controlling and working in partnership BMS platform & bureau * Supporting the designation process (M&E information) * Providing information to contractors and out of hours operatives regarding areas currently in use * Represent the BSU in contract and pro...
