With over 40 employees and a reputation for excellence, we're looking to bring on board aTechnical Warehouse Managerto join our team. The Role: This is a hands-on leadership role in our warehouse operations team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical equipment is prepared, maintained and returned to a high standard. You will also play a vital role in managing workflow, stock control, and coordinating with technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee full prep of kit for upcoming events Allocate workload and resources across the warehouse team Load and manage flight cases for transportation to events Liaise closely with the Technical Services Manager Maintain efficient stock control and accurate inventory tracking Handle and manage the line returns process effectively Support the wider operations and tech teams to ensure smooth project delivery Essential Skills & Experience: Proven warehouse or technical logistics experience within the AV, live events, or entertainment industries Strong understanding of technical kit used in audio, lighting or video setups Practical knowledge of prepping and packing professional event equipment Excellent organisational and leadership skills Able to work under pressure and to deadlines Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills Previous hands-on experience in audio, lighting, or rigging desirable Desirable: Experience with equipment databases or hire software systems (e.g., Hire Hop, Team Track or similar) Flexibility to assist in technical setups or events if needed To apply:Submit your CV or call Karley at 01254 781300
