Our Marketing Communications team are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join us for a Maternity cover year starting mid April 2026 for 12 months, based predominantly from our High Wycombe office (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)
Summary of role:
The jobholder is responsible for supporting the delivery of the outputs of the communications strategy in line with the company’s overall strategic marketing plan.
Key accountabilities:
* Assist with the execution of tactical marketing communications activities across all routes to market, including events, websites, social media, digital media and advertising to raise brand awareness.
* Ability to create simple promotional pieces in Adobe InDesign – but not essential
* Support the upload of website, social media content. Report website and social media analytics.
* Raise purchase orders into the finance system and reconcile invoices.
* Support the upload of PR articles onto the newswire.
* Upload version controlled selling and training support collaterals into the distributor partners selling toolkits.
* Support Firstkind presence at meetings, conferences and events – with the coordination, packaging, despatch and return of event materials.
* Maintain stock control and storage of printed collateral in the wall cupboards.
* Work collaboratively to support the introduction of a new document control and selling toolkit. xsngvjr
* Upload updated distributor partner on-boarding tutorials and competency quizzes into the partner training system.
