An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing, entrepreneurial law firm based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex .
This role will suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) through to an experienced 5+ years PQE Solicitor who is passionate about property law and keen to play a key role in the continued growth and development of a successful commercial and residential property department.
The Role
The successful Property Solicitor will manage a varied and high‑quality property caseload, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant matters
* Commercial and residential acquisitions and disposals
* Freehold and leasehold titles
* Drafting, negotiating, and completing leases
* Development and property finance work
* Advising SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, and high‑quality individual clients
There is real scope to take on responsibility, progress quickly, and help shape the future direction of the property team.

Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5+ PQE)

* Confident using IT systems and modern legal technology
