BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a dynamic Quality Administrator to join the FM Segment of our business and to join our team. This pivotal role will strengthen the BAM FM Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and championing a culture of quality across the organisation. As a mobile role based at one of our local offices (depending on candidate location), you will support the audit programme, ensuring audits are conducted as planned, while producing accurate data and insightful reporting. This is a full‑time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Making Possible

As Quality Administrator, you will play a critical part in supporting the Quality Manager by driving the delivery of the audit programme. You will take ownership of administrative audit activities, documentation management, workflow coordination and provide evidence of compliant audit administration across BAM FM operations.

You will also deputise for the Quality Manager as required, contributing directly to the strength and resilience of the Quality function.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS) Support
• Support the Implementation of the BAM FM Quality Management System.
• Support internal audits against ISO 9001 and internal BAM quality processes.
• Support the Quality Manager with preparation for external audits, certification activities and evidence submissions.
• Monitor and report on audit non-conformances and improvement opportunities.

Documentation, Records & Information Management
• Manage quality related documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control and traceability.
• Maintain evidence logs, audit records, test results, assurance documentation and compliance data, as required.
• Ensure documentation is stored, structured and accessible in line with BAM information governance requirements.
• Ensure procedures, and documents are on the correct Templates and are controlled and accessible.
• Maintain data integrity across SharePoint, trackers, logs and digital systems, as required.

Data, Reporting & Insights
• Collate, verify and report quality performance data (KPIs, SLAs, audit outcomes, NCRs, trends).
• Support the production of Reports, Dashboards, Data and insights.
• Support the Quality Manager with management review data.

Workflows & Co-ordination
• Supporting the administration of audits, corrective actions, document reviews, compliance and training tasks
• Proactively chase outstanding actions, ensuring adherence to deadlines and BAM FM requirements.
• Liaise with operational and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of quality expectations.

Assurance & Compliance
• Act as Document Controller for quality documentation where needed.
• Support site teams to understand and follow quality procedures and record keeping expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen BAM’s quality initiatives.

What do you bring to the role?

Essential:
• Experience in quality, audit, compliance or assurance.
• Quality qualifications.
• Awareness of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements
• Excellent organisational and documentation management skills.
• Strong digital capability (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, QMS or document control tools).
• Proficient in managing and navigating Microsoft SharePoint for documentation and information management.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Good communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel in/around the UK.
• Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
• Experience in FM, construction, Manufacturing or technical operations.
• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification to an ISO9001:2015.
• Experience managing documentation workflows and evidence systems.
• Good time management.
• An understanding of root cause analysis.
• Experience of creating BI Reports.
• Membership of Chartered Quality Institute.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001.
