Overview of Role:
As a Business Relations Executive within our Commercial team, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our business partnerships. You'll support business administration needs and service deliverables that ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programs tailored to meet industry and employer demands.
Duties
* Report directly to the Business Relations Manager, and support the overall Commercial Team, to achieve the departmental and wider company goals, aims and ambitions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective business partners, including luxury hotels and hospitality establishments.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Team to devise and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our apprenticeship provision.
* Manage a variety of administration tasks, as directed by the Commercial Team, these may be provided on an ad hoc basis or be daily and weekly tasks that you should take full ownership of after appropriate training.
* Act of as a port of call for apprenticeship and business-related enquiries, always acting professionally and polite in all forms of communication, including telephone calls, interactive messaging, emails, online platforms and at times face to face meetings and events.
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries, promptly, politely and in the correct tone of our Umbrella brand and values.
* Support the achievement of budget targets and maintaining business partner profiles, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
* Drive the successful delivery of apprenticeship programs, working closely with all company departments.
