We are now supporting this great agency with a senior level role where you will head up the venue sourcing department!
The role
As the Operations Manager you will be fully accountable for the venue finding department within this agency and work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver a smooth service across the venue sourcing team. This is a hands on management role where you will be responsible for developing the team as well as leading on venue sourcing projects yourself. A strategic and senior level role where commercial acumen will be critical.
About you
With extensive venue sourcing experience in an agency or venue finding company, you will have experience in running a department or smaller team within a department as well as remaining very client facing. Excellent venue knowledge both UK and international will be required as well as a strong handle on venue sourcing systems. Full driving license and own vehicle is required to apply for this role.
