Support behaviour management in line with school policy
Build positive relationships with pupils at risk of exclusion
Assist teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
Support pastoral and wellbeing initiatives
We’re looking for candidates with:
Calm, resilient, and confident approach to challenging behaviour
Experience in schools, youth work, or mentoring
Ability to de-escalate situations quickly
