Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across enterprise-level clients
Present tailored solutions to prospective and existing clients, demonstrating ROI and platform value
Negotiate and close complex deals across various sectors
Lead and participate in client meetings, pitches, and sales presentations
Identify and engage strategic partners (ISVs, ISOs, acquirers)
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and ensure market fit
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Continuously deepen technical knowledge of the platform and client use cases
Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required
Requirements
~7–10 years of proven experience in software sales, ideally within the payments or FinTech industry
~ Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a client-centric approach
~ Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
~ Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
~ Ability to understand and articulate both technical and business value propositions
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with e-commerce and digital payment systems preferred
