You’ll gain hands-on exposure to M&A, commercial contracts and general company law, with early responsibility and client contact. You’ll assist with due diligence, draft and review legal documentation, coordinate transaction logistics and contribute to completion processes. The role also involves regular communication with clients and internal teams, alongside legal research and input into advisory work. You will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners while developing confidence to manage your own matters.
