Are you looking to launch your HR career? Citadel is expanding its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious, curious individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments! You will partner with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process across various business areas. Recruiting Coordinators drive the hiring process forward and enhance the candidate experience.
Your Objectives
* Partner with internal recruiters to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for various businesses while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews, including sell days, with candidates, recruiters, and business teams.
* Maintain and track candidate pipelines using a web-based applicant tracking system.
* Collaborate with the business to gather feedback and determine next steps for candidates.
* Create offer documents and communicate with candidates during onboarding.
* Manage recruiting and HR projects such as candidate tracking, process documentation, updating competencies, and surveys.
* Assist in planning large-scale recruiting events and manage seasonal internship programs.
* Handle expense reports and invoice processing for campus activities.
Your Skills & Talents
* Previous internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
* Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Outlook meeting requests is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
* Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
