Key responsibilities:
* Handle all meeting and event inquiries
* Maintain accurate information in the system and produce reports
* Review business plans, identify gaps, and work proactively to meet targets
* Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and monitor market trends
* Distribute function sheets promptly and accurately
* Manage conference billing and brochure requests
* Attend weekly revenue and operations meetings
* Handle guest complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
* Coordinate with sister hotels for cross-selling opportunities
* Monitor business fluctuations and plan accordingly
* Identify and act on sales opportunities
* Complete monthly sales and statistical reports
* Communicate VIPs and show rounds to the team
