THE ROLE:
Based in Leeds within the PPC team, this role focuses on the B2B vertical. You will be part of a scaled performance community within Havas Market and work closely with Ledger Bennett, our global B2B marketing agency.
You will manage 1-2 executives, overseeing campaign implementation, analysis, optimisation, and evaluation across paid search formats like Performance Max, Demand Gen, and possibly app activity. You will influence strategy and lead on innovative solutions.
This role involves client-facing responsibilities, including attending meetings, leading presentations, and maintaining strong relationships. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create and manage PPC campaigns to meet client objectives.
* Drive best practices, innovation, and automation in campaigns.
* Develop understanding of B2B audience and consumer journey.
* Plan holistic paid performance strategies.
* Attend team meetings, report updates, and represent the PPC team.
* Adhere to SLAs and deadlines.
* Optimize campaigns using bid management tools like SA360.
* Innovate with media firsts and beta features.
* Manage budgets and finance administration.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Lead client presentations and reporting.
* Contribute to team initiatives and development plans.
* Create detailed media plans and rationale documents.
* Manage development plans for direct reports and develop their skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 2+ years agency experience in performance media.
* Experience managing scaled budgets in B2B, ideally cross-market.
* Client-facing experience and relationship building.
* Management experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
* Extensive experience with Google/Microsoft Ads, Analytics, SA360.
* Knowledge of competitor tools.
* Organized, self-starter with attention to detail.
* Project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
* Strong numeracy and Excel skills.
