* Taking a high-level, pragmatic view of priorities, deliverables, and risks, using sound judgement, anticipating and proactively identifying ways to ensure success, whilst escalating, and resolving risks that could impact delivery.
* Delivering at pace to tight deadlines, recognising where there may be a need to constructively challenge, managing delivery through our SLT and their business areas.
* Effective horizon scanning for potential opportunities, challenges or threats to Transformation Directorate's (TD) work and delivery.
* Employing excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly build robust relationships with stakeholders across all grades within CCG and HMRC to aide effective delivery across the Directorate.
