* Unqualified Early Years Teaching Assistant
* Locations: Bristol - BS1, BS4, BS5, BS14, BS16, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37
* Hours: full time or part time to suit you!
* Salary: Up to 650 per week
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the nursery. You will help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a positive contribution to their early learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and educational programs for children
* Support daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, as part of the nursery's activities
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the children
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
* Observe and report on children's progress and developmental needs
Requirements
* Previous experience working with young children such as babysitting, childcare, social care, teaching assistant etc
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
