Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process including job offers, onboarding, and contracting Manage and coordinate MMU placement opportunities Maintain and update holiday and absence records (“Who’s Off” system) Monitor and report on sick days and absence trends Provide advice and support on maternity processes and policies Assist with the administration of monthly Electric Car Scheme invoices Track and manage daily staff clock-ins Ensure policy documents are up to date and in line with legal requirements Work closely with managers to support and advise on staff-related matters Provide general HR support across the business Be a point of contact for both team members and leadership for HR queries About You:
