£70,000-£75,000 + Car & BonusWere seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with solid construction law expertise to join a growing in-house legal team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong knowledge of construction contracts who enjoys working closely with commercial and operational teams.Key Responsibilities
Advise on construction contracts including JCT, NEC and bespoke agreements
Support live project teams across procurement, delivery, risk and disputes
Draft, negotiate and review a range of construction and commercial contracts
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors
Manage risk and ensure compliance across all project activityAbout You
Qualified Solicitor with proven construction law experience
In-house background preferred but will review applicants from a Private Practice background
Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
Confident advising commercial teams and project managers
