About the role
Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each segment of the department operates like a specialized unit: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, owning their market segments with a solution-oriented approach to grow our customer base rapidly.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with high-value clients, enhance campaign performance, and translate data insights into actionable strategies. The role involves managing global campaigns and platform execution, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of high-value global clients, ensuring quality delivery and proactive growth
* Analyzing campaign performance data to provide insights and improvements
* Educating clients and partners on best practices, tools, and growth strategies
* Leading regular business reviews and performance discussions
* Upselling and cross-selling to increase client value and meet profit targets
* Collaborating with product teams to incorporate client feedback
* Prioritizing client needs aligned with business objectives, with full ownership of results
What you'll need
* At least 2 years of experience managing large digital or performance marketing accounts, preferably in a media agency or tech environment
* Hands-on experience with affiliate networks or SaaS platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize)
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
* Strong communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
* Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
* Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing partner outcomes
* Excellent presentation skills; fluency in PowerPoint/Keynote
* Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus
